Over 20 Years of Experience
Troy began his time in the VET Sector in 1990 as a teacher, and with more than two decades of
experience in compliance; Troy brings a clear and grounded approach to the audit process.
Troy is a Melbourne University – qualified teacher specialising in adult education and is an expert in
pedagogical practices and processes and understands both the operational and regulatory sides of
RTOs.
Troy’s calm and practical style makes the Internal Audit process straightforward, transparent and
stress free.
Troy’s focus is simple, to help RTOs become and maintain compliance in line with ASQA
requirements.
Troy’s specialty areas and vocational qualifications are in the Hair and Beauty; Hospitality;
Business; Lead Auditor in OHS; Quality Management Systems as well as Training and Assessment
and therefore is able to provide hands-on knowledge and expertise.
